It is essential you have 10+ years' PQE practicing as a Solicitor, gained within a reputable New Zealand law firm and a solid background in the area of Trusts in particular, with some Estates experience. This is a 12 month contract and the role could be either full time, or part-time 30 hours per week.

Some of the matters you will be involved in will include:

• Establishing trusts including, family, investment, trading and
  charitable trusts (and incorporated societies);
• Asset transfers to trusts;
• Ongoing trust administration;
• Wills;
• Estate planning;
• Enduring powers of attorney;
• Asset planning and relationship property matters (pre-nuptial agreements).
