Our client is seeking a Property and Private Client lawyer extraordinaire who has gained 3+ years' PQE within a reputable private practice New Zealand law firm. You will work across all areas of Property law and advise on a wide range of issues including residential, commercial, sub-divisions and leasing. You will also take on private client files including wills, trusts, estates and enduring powers of attorney matters. There is also the opportunity in this role to be involved in commercial work.
You will be someone who naturally builds solid client relationships and you will have the ability to communicate concisely and clearly with clients.
